• Spontaneous High Memory Usage

For a while now, quite regularly, usually once a day, my PC's RAM usage will suddenly skyrocket to >90%. When this happens, I can't shut it down properly, it will just stay on the 'shutting down' screen. I've run virus scans in safe mode with Malwarebytes, but found that MWB always crashes when the scan reaches the directory C:/windows/serviceprofiles/networkservice/appdata/local/media player/art cache/localmls. I'm not certain whether this is related to the original issue though. Furthermore, I can no longer access C:/windows/serviceprofiles/networkservice, when I try to it simply wont load the folder, unless I'm in safe mode, in which case I can access networkservice, but entering it has a tendency to trigger the high memory usage. I've run a registry cleaner, which hasn't affected the issue. I haven't the slightest idea what's going on here and any help would be much appreciated, though I'm not sure how helpful my description is.
Can you check task manager to see which process is eating all the memory?
Okay the memory use is caused by hundreds of the process 'bclm.exe' with the description DstiVC.
Seems like a virus, find the location of bclm.exe and remove it in safemode. Or download and install an anti-virus program that'll scan active processes.
