• Hundreds/thousands of semi-randomly named .tmp files being created in Temp, AV alerts

I've been getting bursts of alerts from Avira today about Troj.Crypt.XPAC.gen trojans, all coming from files named like {8hexcharacters-4-4-4-13}. I also just started getting a couple TR/dldr.murlo.hwf detections from random "dl.dll" files in some clean desktop folders. These stopped when I pulled the internet, though. Comodo's shown nothing yet, and neither has Avira, so idk what these might be. Solutions/ideas? fake edit: Actually I just went and checked and all the random .tmp files are gone. I thought it might be because of the lack of internet but they were popping up (they actually only stayed for about .5 seconds, every time I refreshed a new batch was there, and they were all either about 0 bytes or 81 bytes or kilobytes, can't remember) when I didn't have it on earlier too. This is confusing...
Try running Mbam.
