I need a good desktop mic - Hardware & Software

My desktop mic fucking sucks. Anyone know any good ones?

Works relatively well. Sure other people will probably have better suggestions though. Go with one with a good brand + good reviews and you should be fine.

I use a guitar hero mic propped up on a pringles can, and have never had one complaint about it. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/vMSyA.png[/IMG] [sp]except, you know, it falls off sometimes[/sp]

If you don't mind using headphones, the Turtle Beach X12 has a great microphone attached to it. It is pretty expensive, but the audio is good as well. [IMG]http://www.turtlebeach.com/Portals/0/Products/Xbox/X12/Tabs_Html/images/beauty01.jpg[/IMG] Not sure if you can detach it or not.

Really good quality usb plug n play !

i can't stand headphone mics, they just seem to get in the way. i find that the Trust brand is alright, i have this one: [IMG]http://puu.sh/DPfc[/IMG] not sure if they still stock them, you could probably find one on ebay (sorry for the small picture)
