Hey, When i right click my desktop i have to scroll over the options for them to become visible! I need a fix.
Update your Graphics drivers/downgrade to XP/upgrade to win7 all should work.
Try updating the graphics drivers and turning of aero. Also supply us with some details like graphics card model? Has it always been happening? What steps have you tried to fix the issue?
