My PSU Is a Corsair Builder Series 600W

My budget will be about $200-230
I was hoping to gain more performance in NS2(Natural Selection 2), and games like Battlefield 3, but at the same time, I want a new case, but if that can't be done, then I'll settle with just a new CPU or whatever you may suggest.
Here is my current case

What model is your video card in the 7800 series?

ATI 7850 1GB
You are not going to get a worthwhile motherboard and processor upgrade for that money, so the only other thing I can recommend is getting a new video card. Unfortunately, if you want to upgrade that, you won't be able to get a new case and a worthwhile video card. I recommend the GTX 660: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130826
If anyone could list the equivalent AMD card and whether or not it is a preferable buy over the 660 that would be nice, as I am not very familiar with them.
there's no point in upgrading to another mid range card, won't see anywhere near a worthwhile performance increase outside of certain games such as BF3

Then honestly I wouldn't know where to go with that money. I could only say save up and upgrade then.
Well I forgot to say but, I have an Intel i3 currently not in use
It still is functional but the Mobo for it died :C
So for now I am using an AMD Mobo+AMD CPU that I had left over
So I'd be fine if I just go back to an Intel mobo.
But if you have another Intel mobo that you would suggest then go ahead since my last Intel mobo was an ASRock Z77 but it died after 5 months of use.
Yeah, but just keep in mind that 1155 is now being replaced with 1150

Which I'm assuming has something to do with the new Haswell line?
Crap :C
Well I could sell my Current Mobo+CPU and my i3, and an ATI 6770 that hasn't seen use in awhile
Even then though I'm not entirely sure if that's a good idea
Since I have everything else I could just use the money I receive from those items and buy a new mobo and CPU
I think selling them would be a wise decision if you can buy a Haswell combo for it. It's just, you could of course just buy a motherboard for the i3 - but I was just mentioning it in case you wanted a i5. It's not that Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge is bad - and the difference isn't that big on desktops - but broadwell might change that, and in that case it's nice to be able to upgrade.

Hmmm, I'll go with that decision then
I'll sell my Current motherboard,AMD CPU, The i3, and the 6770
For the motherboard brand though I prefer MSI but if there is another Intel Motherboard brand that you suggest instead then I'll go with that.
And sure I'll go with the i5 as well.
My recommendation in that case:
