It is only going to be on origin? ehhhhhhhh
I think a good idea would be to start out with a small section of city, then when you are ready, you can buy more land to expand on.

There is like nothing wrong with Origin, it even has a twitch.tv stream feature built into the overlay. Its great. Its fast and clean, it does exactly what I expect it should and it has better download speed than Steam from my own and other peoples experience.

He felt claustrophobic because EA locked him in a windowless room until the game was workable enough to be released, then they told him that if he didn't start cranking out patches and DLC's they would kill his family.
