Good car amp for use with one 10" sub and alpine speakers.

I'm looking for an quality amp so i can throw a 10" sony xplod sub in my car that's been laying around to level out my audio system and supply more power to my front and rear speakers...
Right now i have:
2 5 1/4 170W max (55w rms) alpines in the front
2 6x9 260W max (85w rms) alpines in the back
200w max Pioneer (3 4v pre amp outputs and 22w rms)
The sub is 800w max 500w rms.
The setup sounds awesome (great fidelity but not enough bass currently)
I don't really want a setup that's going to shake my car to pieces (it's a 96 z34 monte carlo, and i listen to mostly rock so it's not needed) I'm just looking to power the speakers and the sub with a quality amp so i can push a little more bass and get a better (more impressive) sound, nothing too extreme i don't want it to be "over powered" I'm just looking to get a better deeper bass since currently it doesn't really kick (not too concerned with price but with in reason would be nice) I've got a lot of experience with setting up head units and speakers but I've never installed an amp so i figured I'd ask around.
I also wouldn't mind just getting new subs too, I'm just considering the Sony for now (i think sony's sound way to muddy and i just happen to have it lying around in a enclosure already so i figured i may as well use it.)
try a better head unit that has more power output for the mids/highs
for the sub (if 2 ohm) http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?item_id=112089
