I have had my computer for a little over a year now. Never thought about this till now, but when should i replace the thermal paste on my CPU's heatsink? How do i go about doing so?

A little, load temps are more important, though. 63c is too hot for most AM3 CPU afaik, so if it's nearing that, you might want to consider reapplying it or getting a new cooler.
