So basically the upgrades I picked are fine?
Urm wait.
[editline]03:58PM[/editline]
Can you go above 270?
[editline]03:59PM[/editline]
like 350 or 320 like in your build?
What 14+ thread. 3 of which ask if you should upgrade.
The problem is i think you should upgrade your motherboard + processor to AMD because it's cheap and performs well but if you want to get another 9800gtx then you have the budget to get a mobo + cpu but you would need ddr3 ram...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.382195 Mobo + CPU
= 256.97
OR
That GPU

I know they aren't good motherboards but they support DDR2 and if you want to get a decent processor then you cant really afford new ddr3 4gb ram

This would only be for DX11, and the power of that card means that it will run shitty with it on. I'd get the 4870.

uh what
5770 roughly= 4870
so you're paying $15 more for a card that performs the same and has fewer features
sounds like a smart use of money

I don't see how that means you should pay more for the same performance
I mean it would run shitty running DX11
And the 4870 wouldn't run DX11 at all.
The 4870 only get like +4FPS in crysis... Get the 5770.
Ah sorry, the 4870 is cheaper here in the UK
