I liked Titanfall's multiplayer campaign tbh. For me it was an interesting change of pace to play from the perspective of an average grunt while the main characters did their shit in the background. Very immersive. Brink did this too, and it was really fun seeing your character hanging around in the background of every cutscene doing misc shit.
The MP campaign was a terrible idea, when I play an MP match I have too much shit to worry about to care about an audiobook playing in the background. They could at least have cutscenes playing when waiting for a match, but even that was just voiceovers. Basically all cinematic content there was was the few seconds pre-match inside the dropship when the characters deliver a couple of lines directly to the pilots. The campaign was both bad as a concept and half-assed to boot. The game itself was excellent though, apart from some other, non-gameplay issues like being 50GB for basically no reason. Good on them going down the SP route this time around, shows they learn from their mistakes.

I'm honestly still baffled as to why they decided to do that.

It's been 7 hours, it's had an update to it, and they still haven't fixed the typo in the title. Is it really that hard to proofread?
you are literally the only person i've seen give brink a positive review.
Brink was okay, not much more, but it was very much overhyped. It also desperately needed post-launch content but was completely abandoned after one piece of dlc.
