Best free software for a second OS (Win 7) for a Mac?

Could someone please direct me to the best free software to run two Operating Systems on a Mac, I would rather reviews from you guys rather than just replying on google.

Bootcamp (requires rebooting) VirtualBox (free, bad video acceleration so no gaming) Wine (not technically running windows but if just want to run apps, it's usableish)

The only reason why I want to do this actually is for my friend's Mac so he can download Age of Empires 2 as the torrent doesn't seem to work for the Mac. I'll look into Bootcamp, cheers! [highlight](User was banned for this post ("Warez" - daijitsu))[/highlight]
