• Mouse freeze glitch.

I just got a new computer and everything runs fine in it no problems except with the new mouse. The mouse is a logitech g500. When using it in games or not, when I move it to a side then lift it up to reposition it back to the middle it gets stuck. It stays stuck for a few seconds until I shake it enough or click. This is enough for me to get killed a lot in games and really hard for aiming. I tried using a mouse pad but when it is on top of it, it doesn't even move the mouse. It only works on the desk wood. I have no clue if it is a faulty mouse. I also tried moving the usb slot but still nothing. Check the sensor to see if there is a hair or something stuck in it.
Yeah, make sure it is clean. You can use a moist cotton swab to clean it. All optical mice need occasional cleaning to function properly.
Just tried that still nothing. I can't figure out why it doesn't work on a mouse pad.
