hi there, i am trying to download some files with utorrent, but if a file are over 3 GB, i can't DL it...
how can it be ?

just some info to you....
your so called "Pirates" is the persons who buy most movies and games..
first they see the movie or playing the game, and after that they buy it, it's like a Demo or Trailer in full version... (sorry for my bad English, it isn't my first language)

Also how much space is left in your HDD?
Your ISP may be blocking the BitTorrent connections because it's the most common piracy method. Ask your friend to upload his...wait, 3 fucking GB? You don't need that many addons.
Disable DHT. Tell your friend to disable DHT.
Then tell him to redo the torrent.

Why is that stupid. Two of my ISPs blocked BitTorrent connections and penalized me for it because of "Alleged Copyright Infringement" when I tried to download Fedora 10. Explain why that statement is stupid.

I doubt that's the issue... Sometimes DHT acts stupid and blocks people from sending it.

Some ISPs are known to block/traffic connections that are in any form p2p/torrent or whatever.

Look at the bottom bar of the utorrent window... right click and do something.
Maybe you're using FAT32 which doesn't allow files bigger than 4GB (3.2GB maybe?)

Go into My Computer and rightclick on the drive you want to download into, click on Properties and check "File System".
do these people even fucking use computers, what kind of dumbass blocks torrents jesus fucking fuck.. /storms off in a rage
