Out of all of those, Metro in my opinion is the best one
Personally I use the Air Dark theme.
I think it looks pretty cool

I love the Metro skin but I had to stop using it a while back when for no apparent reason it started to cause my CPU to use up to like 50% until I restarted steam. Ended up switching over to Pressure which isn't as good, but it's loads better than the default one.

There was a major update (4.0) that came out a few weeks ago with Windows 10, give it another shot.
PixelVision is my preferred Steam skin, really improves upon Steam's design without changing too much, also fits very well with the current store/community sites.

Flat green/10 but it doesn't have the big server and browse etc buttons on the bottom
Oh dang, I didn't know someone picked up support for Flat Green. That was my favorite skin before updates broke it.
