Quick question.
Do you think I have enough power to upgrade to this,
AMD 240 X2 65W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103688
And this?
Sapphire 4670 1GB

Specs:
Athlon 64 Single-core @ 2.6GHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103239
I'm so sick of this shitty CPU. It constantly pegs itself at 100% anytime I try to do anything from open My Computer to running a game. And it always runs at 45C idle, which is really bugging me, because it goes up to about 55C during game play which is shortening it's life significantly.
380W ATX V12 Raidmax http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152019
2GBs DDR2 667MHz Kingston (I don't think the link to that is really necessary)
Foxconn A7VMX-K http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813186143
I'm currently running off an integrated 3100 which is actually pretty decent. If you're wondering I can max out TF2 at 1280 x 1024 without AA at about 25-35FPS.
Yes...my computer is quite shitty, which is why I'm looking at these upgrades. I have my mind set on that CPU, but I am willing to take different GPU suggestions so long as the total of both items does not exceed $120. I'm going to be playing games such as The Orange Box, Fable: The Lost Chapters, and other source games, nothing fancy.
Also, this is for someone to correct me or confirm me. I think that the 4670 1GB should have no problem maxing TF2 and source games with at least 35FPS minium? Yes or no?
Thanks Facepunch.
I wouldn't but that PSU anywhere near its states max as it could explode taking the motherboard or something with it. I would upgrade to a reliable brand like Corsair or OCZ. 400W with those brands and you should be fine.

Finally, someone who supports CoolerMaster products. I'm so sick of people saying, "Buy OCZ or Corsair, because it's all I have ever used."

Do you think I could run it all off this 460W? I'm not rich :saddowns:

By yes I meant everything would run off of the 460w coolermaster.

You might have some trouble with your current psu.

Corsair makes the best power supplies next to PC Power & Cooling, OCZ and Cooler Master are equal.

I was just using what was given.

It would look out of place for me to say OCZ, Cooler Master, and Antec are equal.
