• complete rebuild, budget 800$-1030$

hi I'm going to rebuild my computer and i need some recommendations for parts, my budget is around 800 and 1030$ unfortunately my current specs are: HP a1219h 1 GB of ram 160 GB hard drive Intel Pentium 4 processor Nvidia geforce fx 5500 (yeah i know it sucks, i didn't know anything about computers back when i first got this computer) DVD drive running on Windows XP SP3 I'd like to run the new rig on ATI graphics too. thanks in advance. EDIT: forgot to add that i have a HP vs17 moniter.
I assume you also have speakers, a keyboard, and a mouse? And this is USD?
