I am looking for a laptop to buy that is around ~15" (Can be different if it is better for the money). This is mostly for my dad because he doesn't have a desktop, and he does Adobe Illustrator and CAD programs. We would like something that is fast, and has a larger harddrive (~500GB). If possible, we want a built in webcam.
Ability to do games would also be nice, but not required
As stated the budget is ~$600, but can go up to $700 if you want.

Is there anything in a smaller size? We heard from our relatives that they regretted getting a 17" laptop because it was so big.

not for what you are doing, for CAD and photoshop only the 15.6 have T6 or greater which will shave loads of time off
