It only just recently started happening and I honestly do not know why. I have opened my ports and it still remains moderate. It was open a few days ago. I have tried using port triggering and dmz aswell but I still receive the same results.
Use a port checker to check if the ports are really open, if they are then the xbox is giving you false info. (or you're forwarding the wrong ports)
Make sure your router has UPnP enabled
UPnP is enabled, the ports I forwarded are 53, 80, 88, and 3074 with the corresponding protocol.

Do all of those and make sure the ports are pointing to the xbox's static ip on the router.

As I have said I have already forwarded those ports with the corresponding protocols.

Every port I checked it said that it could not find it.

Well that is because you give up too easily. Demand a supervisor or keep calling back again and again or just use their twitter support and eventually they will help.
