Hey, guys. So basically, my iTunes won't work. Every time I try to pull it up, a message appears that says "iTunes cannot run because some of its required files are missing. Please reinstall iTunes." So, I reinstall iTunes.
Progress made: none.
So, I reinstall it again.
Still no progress.
Naturally, since it worked so damn well the first two times, I thought I'd give it another go and reinstall iTunes a [I]third[/I] time.
No progress.
So, I look into it and it turns out that I need to install QuickTime, which doesn't make [I]any[/I] fucking sense because I've had QuickTime for ages. Whatever, I think, I'll do what it says. So I install QuickTime and it tells me to restart my computer, so I do. So I pull iTunes back up, and the same fucking message appears: "iTunes cannot run because some of its required files are missing. Please reinstall iTunes."
What the fuck, tech support?
P.S. - Yes, I have tried hitting my computer.
P.P.S. - Yes, I have fucking "googled it."
Uninstall iTunes and QuickTime. Then just install iTunes it will give you the things from QuickTime it needs.
