I accidentally restore my Iphone 3gs(Model Number MB717LL/A 32Gb)
and now it is stuck on the Connect to iTunes & Emergency Call screen.
How do I activated it again without AT&T. Please help!

try holding down the homebutton and the sleep button at the same time keep holding it until it shuts off then turns back on...

That's the point of DFU mode, now restore it again.
Also, did you happen to have jailbroken your iPhone 3GS prior?
Nope. I bought it on ebay, and the was working okay. I want to buy it and then jailbreak it but at the time it wasen't possible.. now it is but the other day I restore it and now its just stuck in Connect to iTune & Emgergency call.
Just do what i did with my iphone, go to the apple store and get them todo it.

Can they activate it without having a contract with them or getting a plan?
