The guy looks pretty badly drawn, and there are also some white artefacts around him. Perspective is nowhere to be found, I suppose it should be gman but it just doesn't. The background looks ok but that guy is in the way. Coloring is good, blue and red with some purple and good contrasting colors.
No border so that costs some points too.

It's just something I drew in Paint.NET, so it's supposed to look bad and I took the album cover and made it the background. Also 9/10.
