The tutorial can be a videogame one or another type, it just have to be horrible in either too confusing, too hard, etc. My broken keyboard award goes to none other than jet set/grind radio. Not only did I have to look for a walkthrough (FOR A TUTORIAL) on youtube, it also had confusing, unintuitive controls AND required you to do 30 tricks in a row without messing up. Needless to say I skipped it, read the manual for the game and hoped for the best on the first level. An honorable mention goes towards the witcher 2. even though it was technically a prologue and not really a tutorial, it still was frustratingly difficult and unclear on what exactly you had to do. My rule is if you had to go to a walkthrough to figure out how to get past the beginning of the game; that's either horrible design or you're an idiot.
Team Fortress 2 tutorial. The one I played back in 2010-2011.
I hate the one's that you can't skip, and I hate the ones that are just movie clips playing.

Most pokemon games, it just forces you to do tutorial shit for like 10-20 minutes, usually unskippable.
