Are they going to sue everyone who buys CD's then, cause I am sure most people rip that shit onto their computer.
Are they still going after people and devices that rip CD's?
What is this "CD" ?

It's the first thing I do when I buy CDs... that way they look pretty on a shelf and I don't gotta worry about fudging around/potentially breaking the disk.

Also it allows you to put it in a digital library so you can make playlists etc.

In Germany they put a fee on all storage media you could potentially copy music onto.
The Alliance of Artists and Recording Companies claims the devices are made "for the express purpose" of copying CDs.
Yes, because I'm going to go all the way out to my fucking car to copy a CD.

Oh fuck this. Everyone does this on their PC, just because they're making it easier for technophobes and more convenient for more people doesn't make it any worse or deserving of pursuit.

Are CD's actually profitable anymore?
Would that mean that a passenger would be a criminal for listening to the ripped music?

With how loud most people play their music, entire cities would be pirates. But they already are so no big deal.
Wait wait wait. What? They are suing companies for actively making it easier to listen to legally bought music, bringing ease of use closer to that of pirated music? Are they completely out of their minds?
What's next, McDonald's suing Google for including navigation to McDonald's restaurants?
lol, cds.

You already pay them whenever you buy a blank cd.
