I had a G: drive when I was using XP a few days ago. Just recently, however, I did a clean upgrade to 7. Now I don't have that drive. Is there anything i can do? Speaking of which, is there a good program for mounting iso's or other things to drives? MagicISO doesn't work anymore for me, unless I'm doing it wrong.
Alot of people use Daemon tools although I prefer Virtual CloneDrive These programs make virtual drives while they run, without then all you see is the physical, real drives, so after you clean installed you last the virtual drive software
Nothing beats Virtual CloneDrive.
Nothing beats Virtual CloneDrive.
PowerISO does. It was the first to support virtual drives on 7. :colbert:
Nothing beats Virtual CloneDrive.
Doesn't support mds/mdf. [editline]12:44PM[/editline] OP I recommend the freeware version of Alcohol 52%: http://www.free-downloads.net/programs/Alcohol_52__Free_Edition
PowerISO is the best app.
PowerISO is the best app.
PowerISO is crap.
Nothing beats Virtual CloneDrive.
I love it because I don't have to restart my computer after installing. I hate restarting my computer.
I strongly prefer Virtual CloneDrive, but I've also used Daemon and PowerISO and they are pretty good. You should try them yourself and make your own opinion.
I just use 7zip to extract the ISO or I burn it to cd if i really need to.
I love DaemonTools, but with your other problem, you erased the partition. It's irreversible AFAIK.
