I'd like it to have good airflow, sound isn't a matter (No Deltas please.) and price isn't too important. I've considered the CoolerMaster turbine master as well.
Silverstone penetrator
Gentle typhoon
Akasa S-flow
Any Be Quiet! Or Noctua fan
Spectre's for a cheap option
All of those are good, for good airflow the high RPM typhoon's are good, penetrators and s-flows just have great design but spin fairly slow.
The Typhoons have 58.3CFM output, is that good? I've seen some 120s that have ~80CFM.
40-60 is about the average, the high RPM typhoons reach around 150, they're similar to delta's. Are you wanting fast ones? Because for airflow you'd only need around 50-60 RPM on each fan, the fans ones are for CPU cooling and generally restricted airflow/small cases (Two on an A05 is amazing).
I have an NZXT M59 case and the top supports 2 140mms, but one is blocked by a radiator. I'm planning on getting a Coolermaster Turbine Master. 15 blades, good airflow, pretty silent at around 20DBa. Also, my current case is pretty damn loud with 2 80mms on the PSU running full speed when it's on.
If sound isn't an issue get some fast Delta's or Typhoons, is cooling even an issue or is it more of a want than a need? Airflow isn't a huge issue for most people, with an intake and exhaust that's more than enough airflow, it's when you start putting multiple cards in where you might need some extra fans.
Yate Loons are a good, cheap solution as well. All of my intake/exhaust fans are made by Yate Loon and they're fantastic. My case is very small, and they do a good job of keeping it cool.
Sound is no problem up until they really get noticeable, like the Deltas. The fans are more of a want because the stock fan, I feel, isn't putting out as much airflow as I'd like and I also want something to get extra GPU cooling with. (Fan is top-mounted.)

Is this a good fan?

No, it isn't
Get this one.

That's .co.uk
I live in the United States. Anything with a good rate of CFM? I looked at a Yate Loon D12SH-something and it had about ~70 CFM but 40dbA sound. Is that good for a personal gaming computer? (560 Ti gets a tad bit hot.) Is it more efficient to have a fan blowing into the case or sucking out if it's at the top?
