Installed new graphics card, now windows wont start

Hey. I just installed my gtx 750 and basically, if I try to start my computer, it says that "windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause", then it suggest either windows repair (which doesnt help) or start windows normally. If I try the latter, it loads up to the windows logo loading screen, stops, then a blue screen flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second, then the pc crashes.
If i go to bios, the keyboard and mouse are unresponsive. The mouse just stays in the bottom right corner.
I tried putting my old gpu back in but it doesnt help.
Any ideas? Is the motherboard broken?
Not that I noticed, no. Just a normal installation.

I tried it. No luck.
I cant access the safe mode, because the keyboard doesnt work. And no, i didnt uninstall the old drivers.

Glad someone said this. My PC wouldn't start up because of unseated ram, but some idiots from here told me that it was most likely the CPU being broken or Graphics Card being broken, so I spent a bunch of money buying a new CPU / VGA and all it turned out to be was I'd knocked the RAM slightly out of it's seating :v:
What I find most annoying is how the keyboard and mouse do not work. If they did, I could at least access safe mode.
What motherboard do you have? Have you tried using a ps/2 keyboard instead of a usb keyboard? Apparently some motherboards prioritise USB slots which is the top left on the motherboard, although I'm not sure how true this is.
