All standard power supplies will fit in all standard cases.

Can someone tell me wether or not this will fit in my case?
yes
Also will this fit in my pc? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102854 I heard something that I need over 2gb of ram to use it is this true?
You don't need more than 2 Gb RAM for a GPU to work in your computer.
If you're upgrading the PSU, I would get something a little more powerful than that GPU. Maybe a 4830.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103680 very good
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103694 still very good
I'd go with either one that John posted, or an Athlon II x4
Thank you guys got my list of parts:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103694 AMD Phenom II X2 545
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127394 Radeon HD 4830 512MB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171046 460 watt power supply
Will this pc be able to play high end games when it gets the upgrade? I mean high end like GTA4 and on atleast medium settings. Also before I buy the processor is this one just as good as what john posted for the Athlon II x4?http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103706
For GTA4, the Athlon II would do better. But other games, the 545 might be better.
Probably not going to satisfy you with GTA IV, It WILL work but the frame rate will not be the best, Low settings may be better.
Does this upgrade look good now? The total cost is $218.54
