Well do you know what form factor the case is then? EX: Mid atx, Full atx. What brand is it?

Is there a good processor thats less than 100 bucks since I dont want to go over 210 bucks with the powersupply, processor, and graphics card total.

For GTA4, the Athlon II would do better. But other games, the 545 might be better.

Probably not going to satisfy you with GTA IV, It WILL work but the frame rate will not be the best, Low settings may be better.
