Malware Protection just downloaded itself onto my computer although something glitched as I restarted and it hasn't started it's program up yet so i'm safe for the time being, do any of you know what protection software I can download to get rid of it?

MSE isn't designed to combat rootkits (which most rogue AVs are, or install along with them.) You might want to also try MalwareBytes, which can find rootkits.
