Turned computer on and off and now it looks like this.

Where does your sound output from? Speakers on the monitor, headphones, etc.?

Looks like your pc went to 16bit. Go to the control panel where you can change your resolution and make sure your settings say 32 bit.

Right mouse button on desktop, screen resolution, click advanced settings, Monitor Tab, make sure it says True color 32 bits.
