Graphics Glitch? - Hardware & Software

I'm not sure if this is because of it overheating, my graphics card dieing, or if my machine is just too old, but, this started about yesterday. So far it's only been happening since i've been playing Hitman Blood Money for some reason, while im in the middle of it and it continues effecting my screen until i restart my entire computer. What happens is, out of nowhere the image starts getting scrambled with small multi colored boxes, i can still see the screen somewhat, but their all scattered acrossed it. It's kind've hard to describe. Any info would be appreciated.

Dust your case, see if that helps.

Get a fan controlling program and if your GFX card has a fan increase it manually. Otherwise, dust it out.

You should have posted this in the technical support section. 1:Download HW monitor and go play your game for a while. HW monitor remembers the higest Temperature registered. 2:Screencap the problem so we can see it. (sounds like artifracting) 3:Post your PC specs. 4:How do you put a pc on a cooling pad?
