I was wondering what case I should get for the computer I'm building? I would like it to be full size with lots of room. Have a side window, because it want to be able to see inside of it. And it would also need to support large fans/have really good cooling.
HAF X or HAF 932
Obsidian 800D

As someone who owns an 800D, don't.
Expensive cases aren't worth it, you have to remember you're still just paying for a box to put your pc in.
The case itself is okay, apart from the front panel having several design flaws related to the door to the hot swap bay.
Save yourself a huge load of money and get something cheaper.
If you want large fans go with the HAF X.
I bought a haf-x at the start of the year.
Easily the best case I've ever bought. Cable management is top notch, every potentially sharp edge has been folded or sanded. The fans are good a little loud but much quieter than you'd expect considering the size and number.
Plenty of space, modular bits, water cooling ports, spare fan spaces, bays.
Overall, a brilliant case, but a bit of a hefty price tag
nzxt phantom if you like plastic and a weird look to your case.
650d is a nice case but its a mid tower. plenty of room though.
If you can get past the hideous looking side panel window on the 650D then it's a great choice.
Also consider Corsairs Graphite and Carbide series. While the 800D may be an overpriced impractical case, it is very high quality and so are the rest of their cases.
I'd advise to stay away from NZXT though, all I've heard about them is shoddy build quality. Lian-li have some pretty quirky cases but the ones that don't look like they've been design by a third grader are pretty decent and economic choices.
I'd also advise to stay away from Antec, with the possible exception of their darkfleet series, most antec cases are very overpriced with consideration for their lack of features. Prime example is the Antec 300. It has no sound dampening, no tool-less drive mounting, no removeable drive cages, not even a painted interior. Compare this to the Fractal design core 3000 which is almost the same price which has all of those things.
Fractal design, by the way, make great cases. The define series is well renowned for being great cases and their recent Core 3000 case is absolutely brilliant. It's not huge but drive cages are removable so it fits long graphics cards. If you're considering the core 3000, also consider the CM silencio 550 which is pretty much identical in features and price.
As I said above I'd really advise against getting an expensive case, at the end of the day it is just a box for your pc and spending $200+ on it only enhances your e-peen and makes you look a total tool.
Be smart and save yourself a load of cash and stay below the $150 limit, there are many brilliant cases for not much money at all. Just look around and pick those that have the features you need and want and that you think looks good.
i have a rosewill destroyer.. it's a little oddball and a bit hard to work in but it's a nice case for cooling (3 fans!)
If it has to have a window then I would recommend the HAF X.
But I just moved my system from an Antec 1200 (overpriced pos) to a Fractal Design Define XL, and I have to say it is fucking awesome.
Not only is it very quiet but it also has superb airflow for a silence-oriented case (supports up to 1x180mm (top/back exhaust), 4x140mm and 1x120mm fans at the same time).
It keeps my overclocked GTX480 below 90°C and I'd say that's not bad.
2 Cases come to mind neither have the window you want but still.
First is the Antec 300, Its cheap (£30-£40) and it is easy to hide away unused cables. It also has space for 3 extra fans and is moderately sized.
Second is the Corsair 600T, This case is a little more expensive (Around £120) However hiding away cables is very easy to do. Its a very quiet case and you don't need to buy any more fans for it. As for the window you can buy a side panel with a window in it for around £20 plus it also comes in white.

Antec 300 is a horrible choice.
In addition, the paint on the antec 300 exterior is really poor quality, the paint on my sisters 300 has air bubbles and loads of scratches and is generally incredibly poor.
The top fan grille bends under no weight at all and the fans make loads of noise even at medium and low fan speeds. Stay the FUCK away from this case.
Is the HAF 912 good? seeing they're cheap over here.

I have one and I love it.
I've got a Cheap-piece-of-shit 2003. It pretty good, except that the front USB ports are broken.
If you don't care about style, just pick up a generic beige box and save some money.

This one was 5 dollars. (And before it derails another thread, yes, the case is leaned against the wall, not dangling off the edge of my desk.)
That case is... lanky

Amazing it is. But not all versions have a side window.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOUR WALL COLLAPSES? YOUR COMPUTER CASE WILL FALL AND BREAK. PLACE IT IN A MORE SECURE LOCATION!
if you like oil you can always put it in a transparent case, fill it with sealant and cooking oil.
but on a serious note, have a look at Raidmax blackstorm i think it was, excellent case for cheaps too.

Indeed, it's a Quietkey.

I love the quietkey i used in school.
And my Dell keyboard rocks. :colbert:
I bought a Cooler Master HAF 932 in a Newegg order last week, and a couple of days ago I built my first PC in it, and this thing is amazing. When they say High Air Flow, they really mean it. It's also quiet as hell too, and I'm using a Cooler Master V8 heatsink which is a quiet beast.
i have never associated windowed cases with quality. shit cases have them because plexiglass is cheaper than rolled steel.
don't skimp on a case. i got a $90 case on sale for $40 and it's so fucking worth it i would pay $90 for it. it feels like an invincible tank of cooling and hard drive storing power. but my friend's $40 budget case is a piece of shit and feels like it could fall apart at any moment
