• Windows 7 + Monitor + Resolution Error

On Vista, my maximum size was 1280 x 1024. Since I installed W7, I can run it at 1600 x 1200. Don't ask how, it just works. My monitor however absolutely hates me. It puts a message up "Input not supported" and I can't get rid of it. It just float on the screen. I do not know what the monitor is because there is no branding. Sorry. I want to run it at 1600 x 1200 but I can't because that error won't go away.
If the monitor cant support anything higher than 1280 x 1024 then it wont work.
If the monitor cant support anything higher than 1280 x 1024 then it wont work.
It is. It like, fits to my monitor. I can screen cap it if you like. You could try messing around in the monitors options (accessed through the buttons on the front or side).
