Well I have read the book and I'll tell you what happens in it.
The book is about John Lennon who is a secret agent trying to infiltrate a cinnamon factory. On the Way she meets a woman named Joni Mitchel who is also a secret agent trying to infiltrate the factory. They fight and John gets killed. A few months later Joni is trying to see how many slices of apples she can fit in her mouth when John comes back as a zombie and trys to eat his head but using parkhour she kicks him in the nuts and John's head blows up. She also notices that there are zombies everywhere too and at the end it turns out that John wasn't really a zombie back then, she was a vampire and since Joni likes Twilight she wanted to fuck him so she breaks down and learns something about the human spirit and tolerance towards black people. Then she dies after catching swine flu, and exploding.

Read the back of the book or some reviews. They'll probably say something about the themes of the book. Then just talking about it and drag that on for 15 minutes.
