4650 has better performance, so I pick that one.
DDR3 4650 if you can get it, even if it's only 512mb.

I have the 4650 in my XPS420 and it is perfect for me.

Anyways, I'd go with a 4650 as what most people have already suggested. It's noticeably faster than the 9500GT
It's 28-4 in favour of the 4650 so yeah, would be the best choice.
