I hope Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed goes on sale before the end, pretty sure it was on sale in Autumn (and it recently had a 75% off free weekend) and we've got a LAN on the 3rd so it'd be perfect
New voting too, vote for Anno 2070 please, I really want to get it.
Oh wow, just bought GTA SA two days ago not expecting it to be any cheaper...

I know it's for charity but I already own 3/4 of the stuff on there and I'd rather just pay ~£5 for it if it goes on sale
I like how GTA Complete pack which has all of GTA games has same price as GTAIV+EFLC pack
Again :v:
This years steam sale.
Has fucking.

I seriously have only bought a single game. :c
How has it sucked? There have been so many games at ridiculously low prices. I've probably picked up around 6 or 7 games that I wanted to play. I'd say it's been a pretty fantastic sale.
Get Rising Storm if you don't own it already.
That and RO2 is some of the most fun I've had in a multiplayer FPS in years.
Alan Wake, metro and outlast are great, go get.

Just because you own the games you want doesn't mean it sucks.
I got most of the games I wanted from past sales, and haven't really purchased anything. But the deals they have are still pretty good so I would stretch to say this was a bad sale.
Get Rising Storm, shit's awesome.
Oh sweet jesus, Alan Wake for it's price right now is freaking amazing. For that price it is most certainly worth a try.

Kerbal, Outlast, Farming Sim, and Game Dev could all have been replaced with better, non indie titles.
Those four games should have been that price since the beginning of the sale.

I bought it on Amazon this month for 4,99 $
All I want is Rayman Legends to go on sale, but haven't seen it on a flash sale, or community vote yet so I have my doubts.

You're only saying that because we all already bought everything we wanted/could afford in past sales.
Get Rising Storm, shit's awesome.
BTW, you get a all the content from Red Orchestra 2 as well. Think of rising storm as a standalone expansion for RS2.

As far as I know, you get RO2 content too but only one class and you can't level up them but still worth it.

No, only ro2 owners get dicked. People who buy Rising Storm get full access to Red orchestra 2 but people who have RS2 only get the rifleman class in rising storm.
I'm about to get Metro. Are the DLCs worth buying, too?
If i get a game on sale for PC only and gift it to a friend who has a mac would he get the mac version? Its available for mac and PC but the PC version only seems to be on sale. Its farming simulator btw
Alright, I have a friend who owes me a present, should I get Metro, Shadow Warrior, or Risk of Rain?

The base game is multi platform:

But yeah, you're right, the 'modding tutorials' (whatever the fuck that is) seems to be windows only:

Depends of what you're looking for. Modern atmospheric shooter with gorgeous graphics that's fairly linear but has an excellent story ==> Metro
The best old school shooter atm with duke nukem style puzzles but no solid story ==> shadow warrior
2d puzzle platformer with roguelikish elements and heavy emphasis on the fighting mechanics ==> risk of rain

Sale isn't big enough yet.

Same games as always go on sale = sale sucks because no variety!
Non AAA games go on sale = sale sucks because who plays this shit?!
Bought Outlast. Wish me luck.
