Looking at getting a higher end laptop

Hey guys,

I figured if anyone knows stuff it's you guys. Anyways, I do quite a bit of programming on my laptop and the current one is just running hard now.
I need something higher end that'll hopefully last me a few years. I'm a loyal fan of TigerDirect, as it has good prices plus I can drive there or cheap shipping.

There is a link to their current most popular laptop (ASUS), I should also mention that I'd like it to be under $1500.00 Canadian before tax.

What do you guys think, I'm also open to any suggestions or help.

Looks good. Although you should consider splitting your budget into a desktop and laptop.
