When they make me drive out an extremely long distance and ask for exact change, or when they come in right before were about to close up with about 30 fucking people and ask us for slices without sauce. (This means we get to make an entirely new slice pie because the premade one has sauce on it)

He's a bit overweight, but he's got amazing sense of humor, he can get really pissy and irritated on busy nights though, when in all honesty he should be keeping his shit together. As a privately owned business I know everyone that works there and were more of a team than a business. Almost a family.
