Think of it as the "What Are You Thinking About" thread, it's a thread for having a chat and occasionally talking about anime. Anything goes really. You could almost say we talk about everything BUT anime, it's just our bonding interest.
[B]So, a thread for sick, fat paedophiles with no life?[/B]
Whilst I can't speak for everyone I'd say no. Anime isn't our lifestyle to word it like that. It's just an interest, nothing different than liking comics, books, tv series and movies. Anime is after all just the Japanese word for animation.
[B]So basically you watch shit like Dragonballz, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Gundam and Sailor Moon?[/B]
I would love nothing more than to say that everyone here in this thread hates all of those. But yeah, some of us enjoy that, just like some people are unfortunate enough to like Twilight here in life. Doesn't have anything to do with the rest of us. The general opinion leans towards; “Horrible commercial pieces of shit that needs to stop. Right now!”. Also just because they do, sadly, like one or more of them does not mean they love them or are obsessed with them.
[B]Why would you willingly torture your eyes and ears with retarded fighting teenagers in angst. Giant robots. Naked men screaming. Not to mention teenagers looking like toddlers (or fully grown adults) screeching loudly in your ear with the highest pitchable voice imaginable to mankind? Not to mention the excess amounts of boob jiggling and panty shots?[/B]
Because you get used to the language after a while when it suddenly turns into actual words insted of blabberjabber.
Then there is the fact that anime is shit, it's pure fucking crap. However I could say that about anything, and I'm pretty sure you could too. In the midts of all that generic lame-ass childrens piece of shit you will find genuinely enjoyable shows.
Anime shows is like Western TV shows animated, you'll find anything ready to please your tastes. If you give some highly credited shows a try you might be lucky enough to steer away from the worst clichès and utter shit attempts at luring in brainless perverted audiences. There are shows out there that are actually truly psychological, even some of them manage to be deep (most just try to give the illusion of being deep though and are as smart as a 3rd grader.), there are lots of good action shows out there. Good romance sometimes even covering all the way from falling in love in high school to marriage and having jobs. There is comedy of all sorts, gags, sketches, parodies, references, genuine humor, random humor, etc etc. There are even shows that lets you sit down and watch a whole fucking episode mainly dedicated to a person sitting in a room reading a book, if that should tingle your interests. You fucking retard.

Sure as hell. But I leave that to the whole thread. A vote for everyone visiting the thread is held every half a year or year and 3 shows are to be voted for, for each category. Could you specify the types of perversion in the animes? are they like, 14 year old humor perverted, 40 year old virgin or sick fuck perverted
I don't ask because I'm planning on watching them, if I wanted to fap I would look at pornography

I'm going to take a wild guess and say 14 year old humor perverted
well shows like Kanokon aren't particularly bad- same thing with golden boy. Those shows aren't terrible as far as perversion goes, but as soon as you start watching shows like, "Kiss X sis" its practically just fap material. Another example would be Yosuga no Sora but that also mixes in extreme perversion+sadness

ladies vs butlers isn't extremely bad- perversion is clearly there. buuut the story somewhat makes up for it.
So is the perverted section just fanservice with story?

bakuman 2 is even more ~dramatic~ than the first season
i didn't know an anime about drawing manga could be that interesting
basically the perverted section has shows mixed in with eachother. I'll break it down
fanservice+story(heavystory)=to love RU!(only watched some of it)
fanservice(heavy fanservice)+story(some story)=Yosuga no Sora
fanservice(some- but its clear)+story(clear plot)=goldenboy
fanservice(ignore the story, its basically just fapmaterial)+story(little to none)=kiss X sis
when I say "clear plot" I mean it sort of(?) has a moral of the story I guess.

note that Yosuga no Sora tries its hardest to actually make a romance out of it but imho I found it disgusting I mean it tries REALLY hard to get all 2deep4u~
Just finished spice and wolf. Was interesting to watch, do want to watch season 2 later and laughed at the ending. Side note, I feel like I'm giving out a lot of 9/10's ever since I started watching anime again this summer.

i'll help, because i hate having the page constantly get pushed down while trying to read and load the thread at the same time, due to images popping in slowly.

The tags automatically expand when you hover over them, which is perfectly fine unless you're trying to look at the tags while scrolling from the top to the bottom. But it has no problems when going from the bottom to the top. It also has a problem with highlighting the "table row header", as there is no specific class for any of the table rows themselves, so I ended up having to use a hack that even changes the background of the main user bar at the top of the site.
Well just saw the first part of genius party. I don't know whats going on but I'll keep watching

Almost correct. Gurren-hen [sp]actually goes up until the battle against the 4 beast generals.[/sp] Then Lagann-hen is what's after that.
I never finished watching TTGL.
