Up until recently I used the Zune software because I had a Zune but my Zune died and I will be getting a full refund and putting it towards a laptop. And the Zune software has decided to stop working on my PC for some reason. Even though I really liked it I am not reformatting just to get it to work again. So...whats a good program to use instead?
I suggest Songbird. Uses add ons just like Firefox, and can play most formats.
Alright I'll give it a shot
Winamp is great. :) It has all sorts of plugins, skins and features. Plus it fades the volume in and out when you pause, stop and play.

Is something wrong with Winamp?

Well I would recommend foobar2k for your musical needs and Media Player Classic (Homecinema) for your video needs. Best thing to do would be to install the CCCP pack as it not only contains all video codecs you could want but also a version of Media Player Classic.
