I remember someone who was working on this posting about it here, looks pretty damn nice.
HOly shit im buying. These guys convinced me to buy something in 10 seconds. Ubisoft can from now on cry for years and I won't spend a penny on their lying asses.

Right now we're working with a sort of generic office warehouse, but we also plan on having things like a ship with bulkheads that can't be blown up with a breaching charge, the top floor of a building that has stairway entrances and potentially window entrances, etc.
