Can anyone explain how to fix this? This is happening on ALL my games, not just skyrim My video card is ATI Raedon HD 4350, if that helps I also have 2 GBs of RAM on DDR1
Make sure nothing is being forced on in the ATI control panel, such as anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering

Uninstall, restart, re-download and re-install the drivers.
Just got someone to check my pc, ends up that actually something on my motherboard was burnt. Thanks for trying to fix this though :v:
Bleh, I still have this problem, I don't know what to do
What have you tried so far
What have you tried so far
Uninstalling drivers and reinstalling, re-updating, sent it to a tech so that he could fix it, it was fixed for like, one or two days, I installed the AMD cataclyst driver and when I played, I got this problem again, stupid driver updates Now I don't know how to change it back the way it was
Try installing older drivers that worked.
Re install Windows.
