Air dusted the insides of my computer - Now it won't turn on at all

Well, things were getting quite dusty, and I hadn't cleaned it out in awhile, so I went to the department store and bought a can of Memorex Air Duster.
I aimed carefully, not to tilt the can too much and proceeded to dust out the entirety of the case.
Lots of dust came out, so I sprayed the can a little more to make sure, once I finished dusting the thing, I put it back together and plugged it in, only there's one problem.
The entire thing won't turn on, not even the fans in the power supply.
I honestly have no clue what happened, I just dusted it, got in between the crevices, dusted the fans inside the power supply, the CPU heatsink and fan and the GPU fan.
It was running fine up until I turned it off. I didn't hold down the button, I went into the start menu and pressed shut down, waited it for it to cool down then dismantled it.
Can a puff of pressurized air really brick a $1200 system?
I'm not a complete novice when it comes to troubleshooting, it's just I've never encountered a problem such as this. It's been a good half hour, I couldn't figure it out so I came here for help.
Everything is disconnected from the power supply, and everything is unplugged.
I seriously hope it wasn't bricked.
Make sure no cables came loose during the dusting, if you have a little light on your PSU (I personally do to see if theres even power going to it) is it light up? If not, seems like a fried PSU or it's not plugged in correctly :P
Anyway, if it is light up make sure all connectors going to the motherboard are plugged in fully if they are, re plug them.

Are you sure you didn't accidentally disconnect the power button from the motherboard when cleaning?
check the main power switch on the back side of your case on your PSU...sometimes that little thing scares the shit out of me when i forgot i turned it off.
