Why the hell are you buying a Sandy bridge processor? What is your total budget for the processor and the motherboard? What is the purpose of this build? If this is for gaming, you should get an i5 (preferably a 3570k or 4670k), as an i7 is wasting money on hyperthreading which does not improve performance for most games.

335 Euro 446 Usd
I want the i7 for Gaming/Modeling/Video Rendering
The only reason to get a 2600k over a 3770k/4770k is if your getting it super cheap used or something. Since you need a mobo too, you might as well get the 4770k.
Go Haswell. While it's not really a performance increase, z87 boards have more features such as 6x 3gb sata ports.

It is a performance increase (10-15%). I'll cast my vote for the Z87 G41. Make sure you have a cooler of course, if you plan to overclock (if you don't plan to overclock you should be getting the 4770 + a H87/B85 motherboard).
Why the 4770 better?
btw: i plan to oc.
(i use my fx 4100 in 4,4ghz.)

I would personally believe the improved features and performance to be well worth the extra 20 euros.
