Thanks for taking our money without telling us first, lads. I would understand if it was for pirating the game, like that immortal enemy in Serious Sam: BFE that would spawn and keep killing you. This is just to punish people who want to get more power and functionality out of the device. I'd buy this on Android when it comes out but I'd be afraid they would not let me play the game because I rooted my device.
Would you look at that, stupid DRM hurting customers yet again.
im not even jailbroken, but this is utterly retarded. it gives them more reason to dl the cracked version because that will atleast work. good going
Wow it doesn't even mean pirating it at all
Incoming crack for pirated copies leaving the legit buyers fucked yet again
non lethal supremacy???
That's literally a good reason for actual customers to crack their legal copies, dumb as fuck.
non lethal supremacy???
You need to fire a tranquilizer gun in order to complete the tutorial apparently.
This is pretty fucked. It's not like they can go to Apple about it, either. I was about to buy this game, and now I'm just entirely not interested. My old iPhone 4 was jailbroken, and I didn't pirate a single app. I bought everything I had on my phone, aside from the free tweaks on Cydia. I'm all about anti-piracy, I don't think always online is entirely bad, and I even support awesome developers by buying their DLC. There's a point where DRM crosses from gamers overreacting and goes into developers being outright dicks. I think this is it.
This has got to be Squeenix, not Eidos' fault.
Actually a really funny way to hurt pirates. Except this hurts more than pirates.
Actually a really funny way to hurt pirates. Except this hurts more than pirates.
Welcome to DRM general.
No kill run.
Guys don't worry! To play on a jailbroken device you just need to respring your device and then try to play it again.
