step 1 (per EA executive handbook), have several different people constantly rewriting the scope of the studio's project, they should ideally be three or four very identical people that all have different names to better confuse them step 2) now that deadlines have blown up with the scope, go into the studio and with a rousing speech promise they can all come to work for EA after the closure step 3) go celebrate

[QUOTE=dustyjo;53129486]It's easy, just ask EA.[/QUOTE] Worth mentioning, EA still keeps Broadsword around to run Ultima Online and Dark Age of Camelot (8+ year old games). They certainly know how to kill a studio, but they'll have no problem keeping a game alive if people are still paying.
