What are the importaint things when buying a router? My PC is connected with the modem and I need to establish a wireless connection for a laptop, while having a wired connection with my PC. How hard is the setup? Also, it would be good if anyone could find a good router for under 40Euro.
Most routers come with a disk to walk you through the setup. If they don't, it's usually done through the web browser.

Website doesn't work
I just tried and it seems to work. If case it still doesn't work, one of the better, more inexpensive models was the D-Link DIR-628.

It's too expensive, I only have 40Euro to spare.
If you're just sharing the internet connection and maybe transferring a few files, you could get away with any router by one of the big brands in this case. DLink, Net Gear, Buffalo, Cisco/Linksys, ect
Any router with wifi and ethernet will handle simultaneous wifi/ethernet connections no problems asked.
