Is there anything disastrously wrong with this selection?
assuming that hard drive is going to be your only, primary drive, that hard drive
green drives are only good for storage, they are awfully slow otherwise
you should get a spinpoint f3/caviar black/different seagate drive
also, ivy bridge's release is just around the corner, should probably wait for that as well
that PSU is a bomb
and don't use a green drive as your OS drive
and wait a week or whatever is left for ivy bridge

Around the same price as Sandy Bridge. Probably a little bit more expensive, but not much at all.
Plus don't forget when Ivy Bridge is released the prices of the Sandy Bridge's should drop.
