Back in November 2016, I put in a refund request for Killing Floor 2. It was accepted, but they were unable to make a payment to my Paypal for some reason. They offered me Steam wallet funds but I never replied to them cause I don't want money on my Steam account. Fast forward to now, I put another request in to refund the game as I've updated my Paypal info so refund should go through. Only problem is, they keep hitting me with automated "This game is not eligible for a refund" despite the fact I included the ticket number of the refund request that was accepted.
I tried submitting another ticket with an explanation in the notes, but it's like they don't even read the notes, so it got rejected again. Is there a Steam Support email address I can contact directly? Tired of trying to figure out how to tell them "You've already accepted the refund request, just refund to my Paypal" without them automatically flagging it as ineligible.
Have you played it anymore since your first request? They wont refund shit over a certain ammount of hours played.
Maybe file a support ticket that isn't classified as a refund request; make it something that would be hard to automate a response to.

No, I haven't touched it at all. Killing Floor 2 was also getting refunds accepted for people who had more than 2 hours playtime because the game didn't deliver what it set out to deliver.

I've tried that. All other options lead to really garbled shit that doesn't really help my case. The "Unauthorized charges on my account" requires me to fill in some form with my card details and everything and I feel that's a bit overkill.
The support sections either loop back around, send me to the Developer's support page, or just don't suit what I'm trying to do. It's a joke.
They might've made an exception in the hole for KF2 because a lot of people were getting refunds, despite putting in well over 2 hours on the game. What applied then might not apply now. And like you said, you made the request in November, so it's been 2 months since.
Yeah, I understand that, but the fact is they accepted me back then but for some reason failed to refund to my Paypal. All I'm trying to get them to do now is refund again as my Paypal is working.

It's a bit shit that people who have way more hours than me got refunded alright, but I've got 2 hours on the game and am just being met with Steam's notorious AI workforce.

Pray to steam's erergore. Offer it a candle and incense and see if that ensures the desired reply.
Maybe threatening a lawsuit will help?

Really? Don't waste time using empty threats.
The last time I used a refund it was automated, I dunno try sending a new ticket for it, make sure you have played the game less than 2 hours.

p sure it's been too long for auto-refunds, they stop being valid after two weeks iirc.
