Fraps won't record game sound, but it records my skype conversation

I was trying to record some amnesia gameplay while talking (read: whimpering) to my friends on skype.
The problem is, nothing was recorded soundwise except my voice.

The same happens in minecraft, what can I do to fix this?

I haven't used fraps, but it's obviously recording your mircrophone in rather than your sound out, there should be something in the options to change this.

I only have one option in fraps, it won't let me change it

Try turning on win7 sound.

XP, I dont see that

Its fixed anyway, it was the steromix option in the master volume control panel
The sounds is bad quality, no matter what I do in virtualdub

The best option would to get Win7

XP is getting Old

But with the quality, I don't have a clue.
