I loved the 1866 mod. (Wild West mod.) Too bad it wasn't listed.
The glasgow mod is fucking quality, the person/people who saw the similarity and potential for a M&B mod are geniuses

Sword of Damocles actually looks like a really good mod. Also War for Calradia Conquest, because it basically described what I try to do every time I play M&B Warband. Take a castle, recruit lords, wipe out all the other kingdoms.

The problem is that the developers keep releasing new M&B games, that are exactly the same as the last one, with a tiny bit of new content and none of the problems from the old game fixed. M&B and M&B Warband are essentially the same, but Warband has multiplayer. And Fire & Sword is the same as Warband, but they added guns and grenades. They didn't even need to do that, since there are a bunch of mods which already add that. So yeah, get Warband, then just get mods for Warband, don't bother with the others.

Alright, what about controls and stuff?
I liked the original M&B. Warband is too hard for me and Fire & Sword is cool but they took some of the stuff out from the first one.

Controls are standard shit I guess. Swordplay is fun with the mouse.
I stop playing mount and blade when Mount and Blade Warlords came out, I tried to go back but I really can't.
Look like this is a test play to see.
I play a mod called Mount and Musket, it's a really good mod for Warband and is most likely the most played mod after cRPG.

I remember a western mod called 1886, not sure if it was ever released thought.
